Ebay's a good place to go - dont necessarily have to buy an Alltel-programmed one. Other phones can be reprogrammed fairly easily to be Alltel phones.

My sister used to buy new phones frequently, whenever she saw one she liked, and all she had to do was call and reprogram them.

The phones have to use Alltel's CDMA technology or they won't work.

I got a new Blacberry 8830 World Edition if you are intersted in it for $200. Wife had it and got an HTC PPC6800 since it has a cmaera. The Blackberry comes with free internet access through the Blackberry network.
